Your support and contributions will enable us to fund our daily operations, purchase new equipment and provide training to the community. Thank you for donation.
SAVES was created in 1967 by dedicated members of the community that saw the need for pre-hospital treatment and transport of the sick and injured within the Skaneateles area.
In the beginning SAVES was staffed exclusively by VOLUNTEERS. As times have changed with advancements in the education requirements and the skills needed to be a professional EMS provider SAVES now has near 100% compensated staff.
We continue to have an all volunteer Board of Directors as well as several members of the community that volunteer their time to staff an ambulance for special events and circumstances.
SAVES staffs 1 ambulance 24/7 with an advanced life support crew.
SAVES has been providing emergency medical services to the Skaneateles community for more than 50 years.
SAVES provides training for the community.
CPR classes are held the second Saturday of every month at a cost of $50.00 per person.
Stop the Bleed classes are held the third Saturday of every month at no charge.
Call to reserve a class today.
SAVES strives to keep up with latest in technology. We equip our ambulances with Lifepak 15 ECG monitors, Video Laryngoscopy and the LUCAS CPR device.
We love our neighbors, so feel free to visit during normal business hours.
